Hwylfa Groes, translated means 'the pleasant place at the crossing' is a detached traditional stone built Welsh cottage dating back to 1754 set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park in Talybont, between the seaside town of Barmouth and the historic castle town of Harlech. 4 Star graded and awarded as Walker and Cycle Friendly by Visit Wales the cottage is full of charm, including a large inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove and exposed stone walls.
Nestled between the stunning mountain scenery of the Rhinogs and the golden sandy beaches of the Cambrian Coast, the cottage is in the ideal location for exploring the local area and Snowdonia with excellent road and rail links and is within walking distance of village amenities, beaches, woods and hills.
