7 nights minimum for 2009 Saturday to Saturday. regret no short breaks will be available.
All Breaks Arrivals/Departures
Arrivals no earlier than 1pm and all departures by 10am - unless by prior arrangement. All guests will be greeted at the cottage from 1pm.
Bookings and Payments
Please email for confirmation of availability for your chosen dates and we will send full details of booking arrangements - In brief a
£50 deposit is required for all bookings with the balance payable no later than 28 days prior to arrival. You may pay in installments if preferred.
Upon receipt of deposit we will send confirmation with details of final payment, directions and key collection.
Security deposit
A separate £50 deposit is required for all bookings,
to cover for any
loss/damage of property. This can be sent at any time but no later than 28 days prior to arrival. This cheque is not be cashed until after your break if necessary (unless it has been included with your holiday payment).

1 hand towel per guest,
2 tea towels,
all bed linen,
hair drier,
cleaning materials & soaps etc.
ironing facilities,
automatic washing machine/tumbledrier,

crockery and cutlery.
vacuum cleaner,
1 cot available upon request (guests to provide their own cot mattress and bed linen),
small amount of fuel for the woodburning stoves,

As from September 2008 the cottage is unavailable for booking due to a scheduled programme of building works.
