Unfortunately we are unable to accept late bookings within 7 days of arrival date or bookings of less than 3 nights,

Prices and what's included.
Prices are for the rental of the cottage for up to 3 people, (1 double room and 1 single room) and includes electricity, bed linen (beds are made up prior to arrival),  tea towels, hand and bath towels, selection of kitchen provisions and complimentary bathroom toiletries, we also provide a small amount of wood fuel for the woodburning stoves. (All prices in GBP £) 

Regret pets are not permitted.
Guide dogs welcome.
For the comfort of all of our guests the cottage is strictly non-smoking

Short breaks available
3 nights minimum.
Short breaks are unavailable between July 3rd and September 7th 2010.

Arrival and Departure Times - unless by prior arrangement only at time of booking:
Please arrive as close to, but not before 1.00 pm as the cottage may not be ready for you.
Departure is by 10am, as we do need all the available time to prepare the cottage and garden for 1pm arrivals.
We also kindly ask that the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition as you would wish to find it - terms and conditions do apply - Thank you
